All content submitted to the site, including but not limited to text, images, videos, or other forms of data, must be legal Federally and in all Provinces in Canada, and Federally and in all States in the United States of America. Furthermore, content must be legal in the manner in which it is used, and must not constitute a violation of any applicable intellectual property, privacy, harrassment, obscenity, or other laws, criminal or civil.
All intellectual property submitted to the Services remain the property of its respective owners, but must necessarily belong to the User which submits it, or else be licensed to them for such a use. By submitting intellectual property to the Services, You are extending to the Company license to use the same within the Services, and waive all claims to infringement on the part of the Company resulting from use of such property on the Services. You are solely responsible for any IP infringement, not limited to Copyright, Trademark, and Patent Infringement, which occurs through or as a result of your use of the Services.
You must take reasonable measures to protect private information belonging to users which you have gained privileged access to through the Services. You should not publish information, within the Services or elsewhere, which another user has not made public but which You have privileged access to.

Users may not attempt to bypass or compromise any security measures of the Services, nor do anything to intentionally damage them or reduce their usefulness. All hacking, cracking, phishing, and similar behaviours will not be tolerated and may be reported to the relevant authorities. If you believe to have found a security vulnerability, you should promptly contact the Company with any and all relevant details.
Accounts may be terminated or suspended for a breach in these Terms or for any other reason at the sole discretion of the Company.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, and by the Federal Laws of Canada.
THE COMPANY RETAINS THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THESE TERMS AT ANY TIME, WITH OR WITHOUT PROVIDING NOTIFICATION TO YOU OF SUCH CHANGES. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE READ AND AGREED TO THE MOST RECENT VERSION OF THESE TERMS, AND THAT FAILURE TO DO SO SHALL NOT BE SEEN TO EXCUSE ANY VIOLATION.
In the case of an update to the Terms contained herein, the most recent version will be in effect immediately from the time of publishing or else by the soonest time allowed by law.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, shall constitute the whole agreement between You and The Company relating to the Services, and shall supercede any and all previous agreements.
If any of the Terms herein are found to be void, all remaining Terms will remain in full effect, and these Terms will be revised.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SERVICES.
